Our team includes over 450 staff and 300 contract educators. Over the last three years, we have been through a fundamental organisational transformation. We have more than tripled the number of staff and expect to grow to more than 700 staff over the next three years.
We are currently in the position to expand our Assessor pool with the recruitment of contract Assessors as part of the Digital Marketing Education Division. The Assessor contract role is a key educational delivery position within Open Colleges and is part of the Business, Finance and Services Education Division.
This position is on a contract basis that is flexible and would suit anyone who is currently freelancing, working part-time in a studio or education institute. The hours are not set hours per week, and will be dependant upon your experience – both Industry and VET and what units of competency you are assigned to.
The Assessor will be concerned with the quality of the student experience, student retention and completion and student satisfaction with their learning experience. This position will also provide input into the continuous improvement of the course design, learning materials and assessments as well as online student support materials.
