Working within a small and dynamic team, the People and Culture Business Partner is responsible for ensuring that Open Colleges attracts, retains, develops and manages a highly engaged and committed work force. Along with peer roles, this position will be responsible for a combination of business partnering and leading People related companywide initiatives.
